Refund policy
Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns are only accepted under the following condition:
- The item must be verified as not authentic by a recognized third-party authentication service.
- The buyer must provide official written proof or certification from the third-party agency clearly stating that the item is not authentic.
Additional Terms:
- We maintain detailed photos and records of each item before shipping. These records are used to verify the condition and identity of the item in the event of a return request.
- Returned items must match the original item shipped. Any discrepancies, including signs of item swapping, tampering, or damage not present at the time of shipment, will result in the return being denied.
- The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

Sourcing Service Policy
For customers requesting our sourcing service, the process is as follows:
- Customer inquires about a specific model.
- We provide a price quote based on availability.
- If the customer agrees, full payment is required upfront.

Once the item is successfully sourced:
- We provide a Certificate of Authenticity (COA) (if applicable) and detailed photos.
- The customer reviews the condition and confirms.
- The item is then shipped.
- If we are unable to source the item, a full refund will be issued.
Important Notice for Sourcing Orders
- All sourced items are guaranteed authentic and accurately represented.
- Due to the nature of sourcing and authentication, all sourcing sales are final.
- No returns or refunds will be accepted once the item has been successfully sourced and approved.
By proceeding with a purchase or sourcing request, you agree to all terms stated above.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
